In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Opus Excellence OÜ. “You” means the person using this website.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website only. They do not govern consultancy work we carry out for you.
Paid engagements run under a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability. Where that agreement conflicts with anything on this page, the signed agreement takes precedence.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Our service descriptions, including the Business Operating System, the Content Engine, the Talent Engine and our AI voice agent work, explain what we do in general terms. They are not a quotation and not a commitment to deliver a particular outcome.
Using this website
You may read, share and print pages from this site for your own use or for your organisation’s internal use.
You agree not to:
- copy, republish or resell our content commercially without our written permission
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system
- use automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site
- upload or transmit anything malicious, unlawful or designed to disrupt the site
- misrepresent your identity or your relationship with an organisation when you contact us
We may restrict access to the site, or to any part of it, at any time.

We own or license everything on this site, including text, layout, graphics, diagrams, photography, video and the underlying code. Estonian and international copyright law protects it.
Our name, our logo and the names of our service offerings belong to us. Client names, logos and trademarks shown in our case studies belong to their respective owners and appear with permission.
You may quote short extracts from this site if you credit Opus Excellence OÜ and link to the page you took them from.
Enquiries and confidentiality
When you contact us through our contact form or by email, we use what you send to reply to you and to work out whether we can help.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between us, and it does not oblige us to take on your project.
Anything you send us before we sign a confidentiality agreement is not treated as confidential. If you need to share commercially sensitive detail early on, ask us for an NDA first and we will arrange one.
No professional advice
The material on this site, including our articles, case studies and service descriptions, is general information about business automation, user experience and knowledge management.
It is not legal, financial, tax or technical advice for your situation, and you should not act on it without advice that accounts for your circumstances. Results described in our case studies reflect specific client contexts and do not predict what you will achieve.
Third-party links and embedded content
This site links to third-party services, including LinkedIn, and embeds content hosted elsewhere, including video hosted on YouTube.
We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. Following a link or playing embedded content takes you outside these terms and puts you under the terms of the provider concerned.
Availability of the site
We aim to keep this site available, accurate and current, but we do not guarantee any of the three.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice, and we are not liable to you if the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else Estonian law does not permit us to limit.
Subject to that, we provide this website free of charge and as it stands, and we exclude every warranty and condition the law does not require us to give.
We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from anything on it.
Our total liability for any claim connected with this website is limited to 100 euros.
This section covers the website. It does not apply to our consultancy work, which the separate written agreement governs.

Our privacy policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why we collect it, and what rights you hold over it. It forms part of these terms.
If you are a consumer
If you use this site as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, mandatory consumer protection rights under Estonian and European Union law apply to you whatever these terms say, and nothing here reduces them.
Governing law
Estonian law governs these terms and any dispute arising from them.
Harju County Court sits as the court of first instance for any such dispute, except where mandatory law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the effective date below records when it last changed.
If you keep using the site after we publish a change, you accept the updated terms.
